Prior to his association with EMPIRE as a Business Consultant and Broker; Mr. Merille was the Founder, President and C E O of FED USA, Inc. and later President of Affirmative Franchises, Inc.a Franchiser of Insurance Agencies. In addition Mr. Merille is currently the Founder and C E O of Merille, Inc. Group of Retail and consulting operations. Also Mr. Merille was the Co-Founder, President and Director of ESTRELLA INSURANCE Franchising Corp. a member of the ESTRELLA Insurance Group The Largest Volume Hispanic Agency Group of Auto Insurance in the State of Florida. Mr. Merille held several Management and Executive positions with DRY CLEAN U S A  Franchisor of Dry Cleaners in the U.S. and Internationally, the latest position was President of the Largest Master Franchise in Mexico with over 100 locations.

Accomplishments

Founded several Companies including one that was ranked 3^rd in it’s category among the TOP 500 by ENTREPRENEUR Magazine in 2004 and 2005. With over 20 years experience in Business participated directly in the sale of over 150 Business in the U.S. ,Central America, South America.

Mr. Merille studied Business Administration at FloridaInternationalUniversity, Accounting at the University of Puerto Rico and Graduate studies at the University of Miami.

Continued studies involved the Dale Carnegie Course, The Franchise Recruitment Program, The Field Consultant Program, The Franchise Real Estate Institute, Franchise Finance Program, Franchiser Program ( Francorp.), Certified Business Broker.
